House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday told correspondents that the House and Senate are "prepared" to continue with previous President Trump's second prosecution preliminary, however she said transmission of the articles is being held up by inquiries concerning how the preliminary would function. 

"I'm not going to be disclosing to you when it is going … they are currently prepared to get, yet there are different inquiries of how a preliminary to continue. Be that as it may, we are prepared," she said. "It will be soon, as I said you will be the first to know."
